Delivery

All the pieces will be manufactured after receiving the order, keeping the model’s references, its colours and dimensions. All the products are hand-made therefore unique and they won’t be exactly the same as the images provided.

Slight variations in the hues and colours’ distribution are likely to happen.

Because all the collections are hand-made, it will take between 3 days and up to one week to be able to produce the order, depending on the different items and the quantities ordered.

We will get in touch with you if we estimate the delivery to be longer than one week.

The cost of your delivery will depend on the weight of the items and the destination of delivery. Once you proceed to the checkout and enter your address - this will be calculated automatically and you will be able to see the delivery charges.

Italy - We aim to dispatch parcels within 1-2 days, parcels to arrive within 1-2 days
Europe - We aim to dispatch parcels within 1-2 days, parcels to arrive within 3-4 days 
USA & Canada, Rest of the World - We aim to dispatch parcels within 1-2 days, parcels to arrive within 3-4 days 

We ship using DHL. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for customs delays, taxes and duties. All items will require a signature upon delivery. 

Returns & Exchange

We want you to love what you buy from us - if something isn't right and you would like to return any of your pieces, you have 14 days from the date you received the order.

Any returns must be as new, not damaged, with all the documentation and certificates enclosed. Purchases are returned at your cost, so please, for your safety, send us a copy of the tracking number when you ship back your order.

Returned pieces will not be accepted with scuffs or damaged surfaces.

Please note, we do not refund delivery costs.

Made to order
Made to order pieces cannot be returned unless they get damaged during the transport. Please contact us with any questions related to sizing or colour specifications.

Returns from overseas
All paperwork and the outside of the return box must be clearly marked as "returned goods - no commercial value" to ensure the order is returned to us swiftly with no extra charges.
